Step 3: Budget & Planning
We build a detailed budget with line-item breakdowns for every trade and material. We present options where applicable and recommend value-engineering opportunities to maximize your investment. The budget is transparent — you see where every dollar goes.

Step 4: Trade Coordination & Scheduling
We vet and select every subcontractor based on quality, reliability, and pricing. We build a master schedule that sequences trades for maximum efficiency and minimum conflict. Every sub knows their start date, their duration, and what comes before and after them.

Step 5: Execution & Daily Supervision
Our team is on site every day the project is active. We supervise work quality, enforce the schedule, manage deliveries, coordinate inspections, and communicate progress to you daily. If a problem arises, we handle it before it becomes your problem.

Step 6: Final Delivery & Clean
Before we call the project complete, we conduct a thorough walkthrough and close out every punch list item. The space is cleaned, inspected, and delivered move-in ready. We don't leave until you're satisfied.
